Meatigo and Licious (online meat and seafood suppliers) are tempting us with their Season’s Specials for Xmas & New Year, like ready-to-cook stuffed chicken, though their prices far exceed the cost of making it at home. If we were to marinate and stuff the chicken ourselves, it would cost significantly less. Yielding to the ads' temptation, we roasted a chicken this evening with a marinade of our choice and a medley of vegetable stuffing. It turned out delicious and was enjoyed by everyone 🙂. When time allows, cooking together as a family, using our preferred ingredients and methods, is a far more satisfying experience. 🙂
