The bustling city seems to pause,
And welcome softly a brand-new day.
The roads lie quiet, the traffic is still,
Green trees whisper in the morning breeze,
Flowers bloom in colours bright,
As though nature herself is at ease.
Beside us, Hussain Sagar glistens and shines,
Reflecting the warmth of the rising sun,
And for a while, in this peaceful place,
The worries of the world seem gone.
Here, in the heart of the Twin Cities,
Where Hyderabad and Secunderabad meet,
Amidst the bustle of everyday life,
Serenity makes its retreat.
So let the morning fill your heart
With peace, with hope, with light anew.
May every moment of this beautiful day,
