Last weekend that is on
27th and 28th June our family consisting of my brother’s family, my sister’s
family and my family went on a holiday to a resort 100 km away to celebrate the
birthday of my brother’s eldest daughter-in-law, Dr. Lavanya Sudhir. The
holiday was well planned and put in place by my nephew, Dr. Sudhir. The venue
was the magnificent Agrata’s Holiday Home, Kakatiya Enclave, Narketpalli, very
close to Nalgonda. After the relaxation of lockdown, some of us have met but
this was different, a complete and grand family gathering.
It was 24 hours fun-filled birthday party of
Lavanya at this serene and grand resort located 100 km away from Hyderabad.
Every moment of the stay was extremely entertaining. We enjoyed Cricket,
Swimming, lots of singing, cheery chitchat, non-stop snacks, lots of cake, a variety
of barbecue and delicious dinner, breakfast and lunch. Cakes were also cut by other
family members whose birthdays fall in this season.
The camaraderie was at
its best.
Happily, we returned to
our houses on Sunday, 28th June,
evening.
