A tribute to the eighteen precious soldiers who have gone down with INS Sindhurakshak.

The loss of life of our eighteen precious soldiers and our Navy’s frontline submarine INS Sindhurakshak is very painful. The material loss can be overcome by the nation but not the loss of the lives of the dear ones of the family, friends, colleagues and the nation.
Life in a submarine is very tough as we got a glimpse of it in INS Kursura Submarine (you may see above video). Submarine life isn't for everyone; it is only for the well trained, able and strong soldiers. Life is pretty cramped and the soldiers have to sustain such life on long missions which calls for strong physical, mental, psychological and emotional strength. It is a big tragedy that we lost such precious and great soldiers. May their souls rest in peace and may our Government extend all possible strength and support to the bereaved families.
